Its not like she got off the wrong exit in the Badlands and wound up in the Delta Quadrant, which by the way, is an uncharted area of space.

And just because her reproductive organs are on the inside instead of the outside, doesn’t mean she can’t handle whatever you can handle.
Should we even mention that she was never lost? They always knew where they were and which direction they had to go.
