Can someone please tell me if this really happened or it was Janeway’s hallucination while under the influence of the alien?
Anyone correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure everything after the shuttle crash is part of the hallucination. At the end of the ep, when she wakes up with the Doctor, Tuvok, and Chakotay leaning over her, Chakotay says, “We were caught in a lighting storm and you were badly injured.” I don’t think she ever really woke up between the last scene and the initial crash. It was all happening in her mind. That’s not to say Chakotay couldn’t have tried to revive her like this before calling Tuvok and the Doctor down 😉
Of course it all happened inside her head. But why on Earth should that mean it wasn’t real?
