In episodes such as Workforce, Resolutions and 11:59 we see Kathryn Janeway rather then Captain Janeway. I wish there were more episodes where we see Kathryn. It’s easy to forget that Captain Janeway is not just the captain but also a normal human being with certain morals and urges that I wish were explored more. Such as her relationship with Chakotay and how she dealt with Mark’s letter. I also think by doing so the show would have been better due to the fact that it shows women that they can have a prestigious career and maintain a romantic relationship and possibly even a family. It would have been neat to further explore Kathryn’s personal struggles and not just her struggles as a Captain.
